Already Have A Radon Mitigation System But Fear It May Be Outdated/Not Up To Code Or Not Even Work?
NoCo Radon services and updates existing radon mitigation systems previously installed to meet all current codes and regulations. In July of 2022, Colorado enacted Act HB21-1195 (Regulation of Radon Professionals) providing a framework for all radon professionals including the requirement of being certified by one of two national radon organizations and also being licensed by the Department of Regulatory Agencies in the State of Colorado (DORA). Colorado realized how much of a health hazard radon gas is and unfortunately saw a lapse in quality/uniformity of how the trade was being preformed. Updating old and not up to code radon mitigation systems is just another way we can help improve the health and lives of Coloradans, which is our ultimate goal.
