It is important to know the risk of radon exposure in a home you're purchasing or selling. Real estate transactions are a perfect time to get radon levels measured. Colorado has recognized radon gas as a major health hazard that needs to be addressed and because of this:

  • Radon test results (past or present) must be disclosed upon sale of a home in the State of Colorado 
  • All schools and daycare facilities must be tested for radon the the State of Colorado
